At CEED Nutrition, we are committed to providing premium-quality botanical wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.
You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The item was damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong product.
Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Once approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used products
Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
